Brown Thomas Launches Bombay Sapphire Gin-Spired Afternoon Tea Experience at The Restaurant by Johnnie Cooke
Brown Thomas unveils a new deliciously tempting Afternoon Tea experience with a twist with the world famous gin brand Bombay Sapphire in The Restaurant by Johnnie Cooke.
From April 16th to June 17th, guests can enjoy a mouth-watering gin themed menu that compliments and showcases the unique, aromatic taste of Bombay Sapphire – every drop contains 10 hand-selected botanicals from exotic locations around the world.
Guests can indulge in heavenly gin-infused savoury treats such as Lambay Island crab crostini, Bombay Sapphire East macaroons with organic Irish salmon and goat’s cheese croquettes with ginger and chestnut cream.
Sweet delights include a Star of Bombay mousse with creamy coconut, liquid raspberry and passion fruit, a gin inspired raspberry and basil sorbet, a Bombay Sapphire East crème brulèe with a juniper berry, orange and angelica twist and a gin and tonic infused Ecuadorean chocolate bar.
Guests can unwind and treat themselves to a refreshing gin and tonic from one of Bombay Sapphire’s delectable range of gins whether it’s the Bombay East, Star of Bombay or their original Bombay Sapphire.
The Bombay Afternoon Tea experience is priced from €35 to €52.50 and served daily from 3pm to 6pm from April 16th to June 17th at The Restaurant by Johnnie Cooke on Level 3 at Brown Thomas. All bookings came be made by telephoning The Restaurant at 01-6171163.
